Terminal Operations Administrator
The Terminal Operations Administrator (TOA) supports with administrative activities in the terminal including dispatching, inventory management including submission of reports and documents required by local legislation to track terminal performance, and with operational activities such as product handling, permit to work, asset management, and emergency response. The TOA is a critical member of the Terminal Team ensuring safe, compliant and efficient terminal operations. This role provides on excellent opportunity to get first-hand experience in Distribution Operations.
Some of the accountabilities of a TOA are listed below. Note that the actual accountabilities for each TOA varies and depends on the scope of that site’s operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for dispatching activities including issuing of loading and delivery documents and security seals. Ensure proper filing of the delivery orders and provide cop·1es of delivery orders and other delivery documentation to customers upon request.

- No prior experience in Distribution Operations is necessary
- Engineering background is preferred

Associate Data Scientist (MMM)
This position is part of Finance & Operations Data Science team delivering advanced analytics projects for different businesses within Shell. The individual will join a growing global data science organization spanning both on/offshore.
Incumbent is responsible for developing analytical models for projects collaborating with different business stakeholders & other partners and working across a range of technologies and tools. Their initial primary focus will be the development and maintenance of marketing analytics models, specifically MMM, but there will be some variety in the use cases the candidate will be required to work on.
The ideal candidate has strong background in quantitative skills (like statistics, mathematics, advanced computing, machine learning) and has applied those skills in solving real world problems across different businesses / functions, with a particular focus on marketing analytics. The role involves close collaboration with the global marketing analytics lead to work with markets to build and maintain data science models to provide marketing insights to the business.
Qualification:
- Industry Experience in Oil & Gas, Downstream business, Mobility, Retail, CPG or FMCG business would be desirable.
- Overall 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, ML
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling required
- Advanced university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Quantitative Finance, OR, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills and influencing skills & Client result oriented
- Good knowledge of Marketing domain, ATL/BTL marketing and clear understanding of concepts like adstock/carryover, saturation etc.

Credit Ops Analyst
As a Credit Ops Analyst, you are going to manage and optimize the day-to-day credit activities to ensure effective risk management, timely debt collection, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to support credit processes, drive continuous improvements, ensure compliance with policies and controls, and contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the business.

Digitalization Specialist (Agentic AI)
The Digitalization Specialist will be part of the Excellence Team at TRDI and work with Digitalization Leads across TAS to execute TAS Digital Strategy delivering AI enabled workflows and cross business insights. You will apply techniques such as business intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), reporting and data modelling, analytical techniques and big data processing to provide the business with relevant information to increase revenues, improve operational efficiency, optimize customer programs, respond quickly to emerging market trends and gain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualification:
- An engineering degree in Computer Science or related technical field or Any Engineering Degree with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Data Sciences.
- Agentic AI expertise: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production grade agentic AI solutions, including multiagent workflows, orchestration, evaluation, logging, retries, and guardrails.
- Cloud & data engineering: Strong hands-on experience with Azure data platforms (ADF, Databricks/Spark), data lakes, data modelling, and building reliable, monitored pipelines integrated with enterprise data products (AIF, DAP, SDU, AMDP).
- GenAI & LLM quality: Proven experience with task oriented GenAI agents, RAG patterns, embeddings/vector search, prompt and version management, and LLM output evaluation with hallucination mitigation and traceability.
