You may create a job-specific profile for internships or full-time opportunities by submitting your candidate profile for a specific opportunity through this online system. If you are a student, you may also be asked to apply for opportunities through your campus career center.

What you’ll need to apply

Before submitting your job-specific profile – things you will need:

Resume:

You will be asked to cut and paste an electronic copy of your resume into the online system. When you do this, it will be reformatted to a plain text document. The less formatting that you have in your resume the better it will appear within our system. We understand that this makes resumes look less attractive and will take this into account when reviewing your submission. You will also have the ability to attach your resume to your job-specific profile. We recommend that you submit your resume to us in both ways.

Transcript (for campus hires only):

Candidates applying through campus recruitment at Deloitte are required to submit their academic transcripts as part of the eligibility and verification process. The transcript should include semester-wise or year-wise marks obtained during the undergraduate or postgraduate program and must be issued by the respective university or institution.

Applicants must ensure that all academic details mentioned in the application form match the information provided in the transcript. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification during the selection or onboarding process. Final-year students may be allowed to submit provisional or latest available transcripts at the time of application, with the final consolidated transcript required before joining.

Location preference:

During the application submission process, you will be asked to select your location preferences. These preferences will be applied consistently across all your profile submissions. If you apply for positions in multiple locations, only the most recent first and second location preferences you select will remain visible across all job-specific profiles.

How to submit your profile

How to submit your job-specific candidate profile online:

Visit our Career Opportunities page for India (US offices), where you can search for open positions based on your preferences. You can view roles that match your qualifications and submit your job-specific candidate profile online. Your first profile submission will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to create a user ID and password. Your email address will serve as your unique identifier in our system. This will create a personal profile that you can access for future applications or updates, making subsequent submissions faster and more convenient.

Please ensure that you maintain only one account and do not create multiple profiles using different email addresses.

The system allows you to save each page as you progress by using the Save and Continue button. Please note that if you select Exit, the information entered on that page will not be saved.

You may log back into the system to review or edit your submission at any time before the application deadline, provided the position is still open.

After completing your submission, you may email yourself a copy by selecting the “Send me my submissions by e-mail” link available on the final Thank You page. This allows you to review your application and return to the system to make revisions if needed.

All submissions received through the system are automatically acknowledged. Applications will be reviewed by Deloitte recruiting professionals and hiring managers in the offices where you have expressed interest. Please note that submissions will be reviewed only after the application deadline.

If selected, you will be contacted by a Deloitte professional or your placement office regarding next steps and the scheduling of your campus interview.
