Job Description:

Looking for professionals to support day-to-day Order Entry, Order Management, and Fulfilment activities while working closely with onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Location: Bengaluru (Only for candidates based in Bangalore)

Experience: 1–4 years
Notice Period: imm to 30 days
Shift : US Shift (Should be flexible to work in any shift)
Industry: FMCG, CPG Only

Job Responsibilities:

Execute daily transactional requests in line with SOPs, WIs, and defined business processes
Review orders for accuracy and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Manage reports, trackers, batch uploads, and quality remediation activities
Support change orders, supply chain flows, and compliance with security and SOX policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Strong process orientation, attention to detail and ability to maintain quality
Experience with Excel with basic abilities to merge and move data sets
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 – 4 yrs
Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models
