Intern Program – Application Developer – Front End – Brazil
Job Responsibilities:
The intern will work with a team of professional scientists from IBM Research to develop front-ends (web and mobile) for research projects, notably in the areas of Responsible and Inclusive Computing.
Projects may include building websites to conduct user studies, developing apps for minority and vulnerable populations, interfaces to APIs, and other activities focused on ethics and inclusion issues in artificial intelligence.
The internship also includes opportunities to learn how to develop large language models (LLMs), and their use and evaluation.
Knowledge of front-end software and systems for developing websites and mobile applications.
Studying the degree or equivalent:
Analysis and Systems Development
Software Engineering
Computer Science
Fluency in Python.
Advanced English.
Preferred:
Experience with Android application development. Knowledge of using and developing APIs.
Interest and knowledge in scientific research.

Technical trainee program – Lenovo FrontEnd Support – Europe
As a Technical trainee, you will support our Lenovo PC FrontEnd team.
You will be responsible for problem determination and action plan creation for Lenovo hardware break/fix service calls. Together with the experienced team, you are the primary technical interface to our clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and for the delivery of operational services.
To be successful in this role, your communication skills are critical – both with customers and colleagues.
You will answer our clients’ and technicians’ questions, provide support on break/fix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests.
Excellent Finnish and English language skills are required and we highly appreciate prior customer service experience.
