Eligibility Criteria:
Only technical graduates (B.Tech, B.sc IT, BE E&TC, BCA, etc.)
Diploma holder’s and non-technical graduates are not eligible.
Freshers with solid technical understanding are welcome.
Candidates with prior technical support experience are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong grasp of telecom basics, internet services and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting broadband connectivity and speed issues.
Supporting technical queries related to routers, switches, and modems.
Configuring and diagnosing home/office network setups.
Handling customer concerns via chat and email.
