Duration: 11 weeks
Academic requirements: Recently completed or are currently enrolled in a PhD or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
Job Responsibility:
You have the chance to participate in different trainings covering topics such as the mathematics of financial derivatives, an introduction to key derivatives markets and pricing methods, credit risk measurement and modelling, as well as practical training on core models. These sessions are complemented by practical assignments using the same tools as those used by our modelers, traders, and structurers. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to present the results of your individual project to the senior management of the Quantitative Analysis and Technology Group.
Qualification:
Recently completed or currently enrolled in a master’s program in a quantitative field (such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research or Quantitative Finance) and plan to start employment within the next 12 months
A strong academic record and a keen interest in financial markets
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An ability to take responsibility for your actions, and seek new challenges
Proficient communication skills in English
Demonstrated that you frequently plan and organize within a group and proactively approach challenges
A high standard of work and can take last-minute schedule changes in your stride
Good analytical skills and are quick to grasp the bigger picture
