Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking IT Service Desk who wants to work in our team for a globally well-known company. The work involves helping users with the IT problems they have with their hardware and software. You will get varied work where you get to work with providing service and also learn more about large organizations’ IT.

IT Service Desk Analyst 

Job Description:

Your main responsibility will be to provide IT support to employees in a multinational company located in Stockholm. You will work with troubleshooting of computers and software in the Microsoft Windows environment as well as other commonly used applications (e.g. Adobe), as well as network and VPN connections, and wireless routers. Your duties will include resolving incidents in a professional and efficient manner in close collaboration with other colleagues and surrounding teams.

Job Requirements:

We would like you to have a background with studies in IT, computers and networks. Meritorious if you have experience in providing service, preferably by telephone, as well as troubleshooting and remedying errors on computers and equipment, in a larger organization. To thrive in this role, we believe that you have good social skills and can solve tasks individually but also collaborate with colleagues in a team.

Qualification:

As good communication skills are central to this role, it is especially important that you have a good ability to provide service and solve problems, as well as being able to communicate well in speech and text in Swedish and English.
