Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States of America
Experience Level : Recent College Graduate
The program will help foster your expertise in this area while contributing to the advancement of our business and markets we serve. In the TMLDP program, you will improve upon your leadership skills while being able to work with different teams and projects throughout the organization.
As part of the TMLDP program, you will learn to own and drive business enabling initiatives with our product management, technical consultant, marketing, business strategy, sales, or engineering teams. This full-time position will allow you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for many of Siemens’ products and companies.
Here, you will use your engineering background, creativity, and unique skill set to create new methodologies, improve processes, and implement go-to-market strategies. You will receive mentoring from Siemens’ team of innovators and get involved in areas such as:
- Product management
- Project management
- Business development
- Strategic marketing
- Business analytics
- Technical consultant
- Application engineering
- Sales enablement
This program is a two-year program, with four, six-month rotations where you will potentially serve as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Technical Consultant, Application Engineering, and Sales specialist, just to name a few.

To apply for the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program within Siemens Digital Industries division, you must meet the following requirements:
Majors: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors
Business minors and/or prior business-related coursework and experience are preferred
Relocation and Travel: You should be willing to relocate and travel as required
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
