Payments Data & Analytics Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Creation of chat assistants using multi-agent AI workflows.
Conceptualize solutions that automate and optimize business processes.
Design and refine prompts to improve AI model performance. Work with subject matter experts to align prompts with business goals and user needs.
Provide merchants with actionable recommendations to enhance their cost strategies.
Iterate designs to enhance functionality and user experience. Conduct rigorous testing for reliability and effectiveness.
Use tools like Snowflake, Python, and Tableau to create data pipelines and dashboards. Support AI-driven insights and decision-making.
Monitor AI model performance. Identify areas for enhancement. Implement updates to maintain quality and relevance.
Work collaboratively with data owners, department managers, data engineers and other stakeholders to aid in the development of data models and algorithms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
Expertise in quantitative research techniques and analytics using Python.
Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into deliverables.
Knowledge of machine learning/data science theory, techniques, and tools.
Experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent AI techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively and cultivate strong partnerships.

Asset Management Product Strategy Associate

The Asset Management Product Development Associate on the Asset Management Product Strategy team will work collaboratively across the team on a variety of deliverables and strategic initiatives. You will support product-related projects that address distribution, strategic, and regulatory requirements. You will assist with the development of new fund vehicles (e.g., Mutual Funds, ETFs, Commingled Funds, and 529 Plans), product line management, metrics reporting, technology enhancements, and strategic projects for Senior Management.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in the asset management industry, with demonstrated ability in analysis and presentations.

Job Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive analytics to measure and challenge key business initiatives and recommend innovative solutions
Work independently and in teams to identify and assess performance trends, utilizing both statistical and data mining tools and quantitative methodologies
Conduct root cause analysis to provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership and various stakeholders
Prepare and present detailed risk monitoring reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of findings
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor internal and external behavioral data along with public information on industry trends, regulatory changes, and credit risk management best practices to continuously improve risk management processes

Qualifications:

Ability to logically structure and execute analyses using strong analytic, interpretive, and problem solving skills
Ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and create concise presentations with sound business conclusions
Ability to present findings to various levels of management
Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and applying innovative solutions
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (ex: Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, among others) and 2+ years of analytics experience
Possess the drive to succeed, be results oriented, have high attention to detail, and independently make decisions
Previous experience with either SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau analytic tools (other coding languages would be considered)
