A greenfield development, the MASPL facility at Bengaluru was inaugurated in 2013. It is located east of Bengaluru and commenced serial deliveries in 2015. The facility holds AS9100 Rev D and NADCAP accreditations, along with approvals from several OEMs and Tier 1 companies. It now delivers more than 120,000 parts and assemblies every month to Europe, North America, and Australia.

The parent Mahindra & Mahindra group acquired a 75.1% majority stake in December 2009 of Australian aircraft manufacturer Gippsland Aeronautics, builder of the Gippsland GA200, Gippsland GA8 Airvan and the Gippsland GA10 Airvan. The company was renamed GippsAero.[8]

Engineer/Sr. Engineer – NC Programmer

Education: Diploma / BE (Mechanical)

Experience: 2-8 years

Prefer Industry: Aerospace/ Manufacturing

Job description:

1. Read and Interpret of Aerospace drawings, 3D CAD Models.

2. Create efficient and accurate CNC programs using CATIA.

3. Run simulations using Vericut software.

4. Generate 3, 4 & 5 axis toolpaths for milling operations.

5. Ensure part programs align with drawing tolerance requirements. 6. Choose appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for aerospace-grade materials.

Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Tool Design

Education: Diploma/B.Tech/ B.E – Mechanical/Aeronautical

Experience: 3-8 Years

Prefer Industry: Manufacturing/Aerospace-Aero structures Assembly.

Job description:

1. Designing of sheet metal and machining parts tools and fixtures.

2.Experience on Tool drawing and model using CATIA-V5 & AutoCAD.

3. Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance.

4.Knowledge of machines and process used in aerospace industry.
