Applications Engineer – US
The Applications Engineer serves as a critical liaison between the StraightFlo™ Compressor Valves customer, sales, and engineering teams. This role provides both pre-sales and post-sales technical support with a focus on reciprocating compressors used in the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess both strong engineering knowledge and the communication skills necessary to support product installations, troubleshoot performance issues, develop technical documentation, and deliver compelling product presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical systems, preferably involving reciprocating compressors or similar equipment.
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data and mechanical drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
Willing and able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.

As Sales Engineer, your primary duty will be to maximize sales targets for all air compressor products:
Visit customers and contractors in the assigned territory to have deep understanding of the customers,
Create and deliver best air-compressor solutions to fit the customer needs

IT Support Specialist – India
Job description:
Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues, service/change requests
Image, deploy, upgrade and refresh PCs and manage assets
Administrate and solve incidents assigned to the local on-site support
Manage IT Assets using Service now for any changes pertaining to assets allocated to location users
Capture all demands coming up from various business units and take it up internally with respective stakeholders for delivering them back to business within stipulated time
Should follow up with all the stakeholders for completing the assigned tasks and demands in time
Timely response to the commnications received from business users pertaining to User’s requests or IT issues
Participate in small to medium size IT Infrastructure projects
Participate in all Local and Global IT Rollouts
Job Requirement
Extended experience of successfully delivering IT services support
Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with peers in the other regions.
Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC)
Excellent in collabortion with colleagues and all internal and external stakeholders
Qualification:
University degree or equivalent
Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit
