Qualifications
· Must be BE/B.Tech graduates with a specialization in IT/IS/ECE and Electronics & Telecommunications
· Solid Understanding of Linux/Unix Administration
· Server Hardware Troubleshooting experience
· Server Booting: POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID
· Some Experience with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies

Datacenter IT Technician Trainee Data Centre Operations, Australia
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot all hardware and related problems
– Perform basic level OS troubleshooting
– Perform basic level configuration troubleshooting
– Perform replacement of our parts of and devices
– Perform storage media (HDD, SSD etc.) sanitization and destruction tasks
– Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing resolution of trouble tickets efficiently
– Follow DC operations, Logistics, Security and Safety related processes and guidelines
– Practice and enforce Amazons Security and Safety best practices
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers) and its configurations.
Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.

Data Center Engineering Operation (DCEO) is seeking for individuals who are motivated, self-starter, eager to learn, passionate and committed to join us. You will spend 12 months on the trainee program and by the end of it, your progression will be evaluated to see if you have what it takes to join our successful team and be a full time Amazonian.
Qualifications:
– Any engineering related discipline
– 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of a Data Centre or Critical space facility
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
