Job Description:

Data- Join our team as a PE-Default Servicing specialist where you will utilize your skills in MS Excel to support our operations. This role involves working from our office during night shifts focusing on property preservation and mortgage loan servicing. Your contributions will enhance our efficiency and impact the financial well-being of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

The process associate is expected to process Foreclosure support activities accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity. Heshe will report to the Team Leader who will be the first point of contact for any issues questions or concerns.

Productivity

Process associate is expected to meet or exceed the set agreed target both during the training period and in the period following training.

The productivity targets will be revised based on the tenure and any such changes will be made known to the associate.

Quality

Process associate is expected to meet and exceed the minimum quality benchmark according to the guidelines specified.

Feedback

Process associate is expected to be open and receptive to feedback and should view the feedback mechanism as a tool for constant selfimprovement and process development.

Essential Functions

Basic knowledge of Mortgage industry and ability to recognize various mortgage documents example Deed of Trust Note Demand Letter Title Policy AOM etc.

Ensure data accuracy.

Ability to review and gauge any red flags in the document and information provided in client system.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualification Process Associate

Graduate in any discipline

01 year of Experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background.

Qualification Sr. Process Associate

Graduate in any discipline

1 Plus year of experience in Foreclosure support Pre Foreclosure Bids etc.

Skill Sets

Good analytical skills research knowledge and decision making.

Knowledge of MSoffice Excel

Good written and spoken communication skills.

Ability to work in shifts preferably night

Willing to work 6 days a week.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification

Software Engineering Internship – TriZetto Product House

TriZetto offers product solutions to the healthcare industry from streamlining payer processes to automating insurance operations. The practice has its own ecosystem of businesses including technical roles – such as developers and analysts.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Cognizant cannot provide sponsorship for U.S. work authorization (including participation in a CPT/OPT program).
