Reliance is conducting walkin interview for freshers for multiple locations. ASM Trainee is expected to be working closely with Store Manager for the entire activities of the outlet. He is responsible for all the stocks, safety and security, loss prevention, customer service, sales, operations, accounting, cash management, employee management, ensuring the operating standards as per standard operating procedure, customer grievance redress, employee grievance redress etc.
Job Description:
1) Responsible for improving the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability through efficient store operations, managing human resources, finance, inventory, customer care, marketing, and administration.
2) This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, customer service and marketing for all retail products, besides being a support to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
3) To manage back end support with respective staff w.r.t warehouse management, logistics, customer experience, store technology and maintenance.
4) To provide effective back-up to the store manager, and to manage the store in absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
5) Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volume to maximize profits.
6) Reward and recognition of his/her store team members
7) Actively participates in new associate orientation
8) Responsible for timely recruitment in line with store targets to ensure proper customer service

Walkin Venue: HR Dept, 2nd Floor, Reliance Retail Ltd, Anand Bhawan, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur
Qualification:
1) Candidate should possess graduation, which is mandatory requirement
2) Candidate should have good communication with a go getter attitude.
3) Candidate with Supermarket /Hypermarket experience can apply
4) Min 1st Division in at least two degrees-10th/ 12th/Graduation
