Analyst – System Administrator – Hyderabad

Support large scale global HR implementation projects and perform hands-on requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, software configuration, testing coordination, and trainings.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for Performance admin related inquiries.

Identify opportunities to improve PM processes

Collaborate with the ITS to enhance resource management tools and systems by participating in testing, assisting in writing test scripts, and preparing stage data as needed.

Prepare and present regular reports on PM metrics.

Basic to intermediate level of Project management skill is required

Stakeholder management – Engage and communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their interests are aligned with project goals.

As a Records & Contracts (R&C) Analyst, you’ll help develop, lead, execute and monitor local and/or national R&C tasks, processes and projects. The R&C Analyst facilitates customer-oriented and compliance-focused records and/or contracts processes, managing records and/or contracts-related risks to the Deloitte US Firm. Activities will focus on records and/or contracts management processes and projects that have an impact at all levels of the organization, resulting in improved records and/or contracts system performance, information and insights, overall cost reduction or avoidance, and continued adherence to the organization’s information security policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the internal controls framework development for GFS operations including maintaining the global control matrix.

Assist in implementing, documenting, and monitoring of internal controls, process improvements, and educating various stakeholders

Perform operating effectiveness testing for all in-scope processes and controls.

Advise management and support remediation efforts for control issues identified, ensuring appropriate actions are taken by management in a timely manner.

Demonstrate understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, and related standards and best practices.

Job Description:

Coordinate with Member firm or delivery center on open items from reconciliation and drive them to conclusion.

Analyze cost accruals, post accrual reversal entries following reconciliation to the associated invoice, and work with the PTP team on invoice payment processing.

Conduct thorough investigation and analysis of open balances, while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and effectively reconcile accounts.

Provide comprehensive support during Geography go-live phases, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Handle calls from stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.

Financial reporting and analysis

–Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned budgets, including reviewing and coding individual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger

–Support Finance Manager/Controller with monthly forecast and book closure process

–Coordinate monthly reporting responsibilities, such as T&E expense reporting, headcount reporting, etc., and support on an as-needed basis varying request to Controllers/Finance Managers over and above the day-to-day reporting needs.
