Data Management Specialist I – Europe
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process day-to-day requests: vendor set-up, vendor update, reactivation and deactivation.
Error resolution and customer support for internal stakeholders (Procurement and Finance functions).
Fraud prevention through bank validation process.
Data validation and overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data.
Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by Teams or email.
Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives.
Play an active role in defining Vendor Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams.
Qualification:
Professional Degree in finance related area
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable/Cash
Disbursements/Accounting/Procurement/Master Data areas
Work experience with SAP FI module; Service Now and Oracle are a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
KNOWLAGE AND SKILLS
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with little supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and identify work priorities.
Position requires a high degree of accuracy and speed in data matching, discretion, confidentiality.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
