INTERNSHIP INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
Support offshore / onshore telecommunication, info security solution & services.
Provide ERP support for business user requirements & processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or other IT related courses with a minimum CGPA 3:00/4.00 or its equivalent.
Prefer with 6 months and beyond duration.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
Ability to respond effectively to issues and requests and provide technical support.

Internship Reliability & Integrity (Instrument), Q3/Q4 2025 Intake

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Field Instrumentation: Modification Project for Instrument from MOC, Engineering, Procurement until site installation.

To familiar with Operational Risk Assessmemt (ORA), HAZOP, Technical Bid Evaluation.

Exposure and familiarization on Instrument Control Systems on Cendor and West Desaru (Process Control System, Shutdown System, Fire & Gas System).

Exposure and familiarization on Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Systems on Cendor and West Desaru.

Exposure and familiarization on Oil & Gas Technical Standards (PTS) / IEC / API Standards, PTCAM /PPS.

Onshore Maintenance Support for Instrument, Control System, Metering and Telecommunications issues at Cendor and West Desaru.

Site Assignment – To visit KSB Warehouse for Materials & Equipments familiarization.

Site Assignment – To attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Instrumentations/Control Systems Function test at Vendor’s Factory/ Facilities/ Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Control & Instrumentations /Industrial Automation/ Mechatronics / Industrial Electronics/ Electrical with a minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or its equivalent.

Fundamental knowledge of Field Instrumentation.

Fundamental knowledge of PLC / DCS (Distributed Control System) / SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)

Able to understand P&ID (Process & Instrumentation Diagram) and Instrumentation and Electrical drawings.

Fluent in English.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to Work Independently.

Physically and mentally capable of performing the essential functions of the role.

INTERNSHIP FINANCE Q3/Q4 INTAKE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Focal person for the escalation of the receiving e-invoice to the Finance Analyst and reject invoice with proper reason to vendor.
To assist the AP team in Supplier Master Request Form (SMRF) for vendor registration in system, to ensure the reliability of the vendor data.
Update daily i-Track from system to be saved in the Finance AP shared folder.
Assist analyst in performing Statement of Account (SOA).
Assist the Treasury Lead in daily task of updating FX rate & bank reconciliation.
Assist the Finance Analyst to processing the invoice in system.
Add hoc activities – on audit issues / Audit Sample by Financial Accounting Team & PSC Team/ Governance Team/ Tax Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in the discipline of Accountancy /finance /business administration or similar.
Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good accounting background especially on the system.
Good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Office Management, Record Management, Computer Science etc. with a minimum 3.5/4 or its equivalent.

INTERNSHIP SUBSURFACE (RESERVOIR ENGINEERING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out well & reservoir analysis using OFM database software. Scope includes QC-ing of input, creating functions & variables for DCA analysis, bubble maps and standardization of plots for Cendor, East Cendor, West Desaru and Irama production performance analysis.
Consolidation of well test e followed by nodal analysis through PROSPER application to validate well tests and propose well optimization.
Gas lift design, diagnosis and optimization.
Contaminants (Sand/H2S/CO2) or well corrosion analyses, studies and lab testing.
Preparation of production data input to develop daily production losses identification, monitoring, reporting and proposal for production optimization.
Prepare ODU (Online Data Uploader) submission to PETRONAS. Scope includes data QC, tracking of progress, loading of data, ensuring quality submission for PM304 fields.
Note: Actual project(s) will be assigned based on the candidate’s competency as well as business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.3/4 or above to be eligible for the internship.
Familiarity with and ability to apply basic petroleum engineering principles.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Experience with industry standard software such as MBAL (material balance), Prosper (well modelling), Saphir (well test analysis), and OFM will be an advantage.
Must be proactive & resourceful.

Proficient in nodal analysis, well performance modelling, gas lift design, diagnosis, and evaluation.
Proficient in the basics of geomechanic, formation sanding, reservoir souring, artificial lift, and well corrosion.
Possesses practical experience via prior leading-role assignment in studies/projects related to one or more of the
subject of interest.
Experience using industry-recognized software programs such as PROSPER, WinGLUE, MBAL, Saphir, OFM, Eclipse,
and others is considered an advantage.
