Job Description:
Updating our employee handbook and ensuring it is regularly updated
Document HR processes and monitor their implementation with the various stakeholders.
Document and communicate HR initiatives and practices so that our associates understand our programs and what is expected of them.
Contribute and support the implementation of various HR initiatives and campaigns.
Participate in individual case management
Qualification:
General HR skills, practical mind
Creativity, willingness to adopt new activities and to work in multicultural teams.
Well organized and rigorous
Ability to build trusting relationships
Writing and communication skills
Required profile
Master’s degree in HR, ideally with a specialization in communication.
Proficiency in oral and written English
