Field Service Logistics Coordinator – United State
Job Description:
The Field Service Logistics Coordinator will assist in multiple areas within the Operations department, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the global implementation, tracking and reporting and all FCN (Field Change Notice) releases to the field.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage global implementation of each product FCN per the guidelines and timeliness established by the Program Team
Track and report periodically to management the progress of each FCN implementation
Determine and report on FCN effectiveness
Help to coordinate timely scheduling and return of product in need of required preventative maintenance/FCN’s
Monitor site configuration compatibility for software, hardware and firmware. Coordinate activities related to ensure site
Ensure shipments, post servicing, meet FCN compatibility requirements for the site being shipped to
Coordinate USB stick production (with service dongles) and delivery to field staff in support of software launches.
Management of service loaner pool of consoles. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of loaners. Ensure timely retrieval of loaners from customers and Abiomed field teams
Maintain tracking of loaner systems using the existing tracking database
Support of service activities including service contract processing, service data entry, service quoting, past due collections
Qualifications:
Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates degree required, BS/BA Business or Healthcare discipline is preferred
At least 2 years similar experience
Positive attitude, well organized, and detail oriented
Excellent communication & strong customer service skills
Execute tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to interact well cross-departmentally and with external customers
Knowledgeable with regulatory guidelines pertaining to medical device

Customer Service Representative – Czech Republic
Job Description:
Professional communication with customers related to orders and inquiries, and the whole order cycle
Handling of customer orders, inquiries and requirements (incl. order entry, coordination, invoicing related activities etc.)
Close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, other relevant internal functions and the transportation companies to best serve our customers
Other Customer Service activities & customer care as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
Responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing (directly or via coordination)
Order entry and processing, order/delivery/invoicing related activities
Customer Service relevant issue resolution related to order cycle (customer complaints regarding billing, shipping delays and products)
Validating orders
Processing customer sales orders, free goods, rush orders, and samples
Customer complaint management
Management of customer’s requests in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Entering/processing credit memos/returns
Qualification:
Native/Fluent level of Czech: You will be mostly communicating with native/fluent professionals
Previous experience from Customer Service for minimum approx. 1 year
Accuracy and attention to detail: You will be responsible for managing precise order details
Advanced communication skills: On daily basis you will communicate with our customers over the phone as well as via email
PC skills: previous experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
SAP knowledge
Secondary grammar school or higher
English language – B2 and higher
Excellent coordination and planning skills
Team Player

Job Description:
Achieve / exceed assigned account sales targets & gross profit contribution in key accounts.
Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and market share for target customers.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services.
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered health care services to patients through in-service education and training where appropriate.
Support sales, marketing and franchise teams and other Johnson & Johnson business/functional unit members through a cooperative and constructive approach to sales meetings, internal company relationships, account development and the resolution of day-to-day business issues.
Manage Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records.

Qualification:
Diploma in Nursing/Bachelor Degree preferably with Orthopaedics or medical device experience.
At least 1 to 2 years of selling experience with strong sales record.
