Systems Engineer – United States
We are searching for the best talent for a Systems Engineer, Robotics Surgical Platforms to be located in Grenoble France, or Boston MA
As a Systems Engineer you will work with cross-disciplinary teams, to develop system requirements, to perform risk management, update and maintain instructions for use, prepare V&V activities, support subsystem coordination, and identify system changes impacts. Communication and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams will be essential for success.
Qualifications:
BS in Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics or Mechatronics. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a new product development environment.
Experience in Medical device is highly preferred.
Experience in system design verification and validation testing, as well as test method and tools validation is preferred.
Prefer knowledge of design control, requirements management and usability engineering.
Prefer knowledge of Product Risk Management processes including Hazard Analyses, FMEA and Use Risk Analysis.
Knowledge of complex system architectures, workflows and system interfaces including user interfaces.

Robotics Solutions Engineer Apprenticeship Program
Our Robotics Solutions Engineer Apprenticeship Program is structured to provide in-depth technical training, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world challenges faced by our Systems Integration Engineering and Service Solutions teams. The program is designed for recent graduates with a strong foundation in engineering, technology, or related fields, and is aimed at those eager to learn and grow within the rapidly evolving medical robotics industry! This position reports to the direction of Quality Operations Lead.
In this job, you will use quality engineering principles, tools and techniques to develop, and optimize, and support systems and processes that are aligned with the overall Company strategy and mission affecting continuous quality improvement. Utilize appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures such as Design Control, Process Validation, Test Method Validation, and Sampling Plan Development and Review. Generates quality indicators and supports nonconformance investigation and corrective action implementation at the business unit level. Ensure compliance of quality records and QMS associated systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering, science, mathematics or statistics is required.
A minimum of two years related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
Demonstrated knowledge of good manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of ISO13485 and cGMP regulations is required.
An ASQ certification (CQE, CQM, CRE or CQA), Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.) or Process
Excellence certification is preferred.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to communicate effectively within diverse interdepartmental groups is required.
