Eligibility Criteria:

The recruitment is intended for candidates graduating in 2026 with any of the following specializations as mentioned below

2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM program with specializations in Marketing/Finance/ Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/related fields from a recognized university or college from the batch of 2026.

Salary Details:

Selected candidates offer a salary between as per company norms along with benefits such as insurance, paid leaves, and training programs.

Test Eligibility:

Academic Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination.

Highest Qualification: Candidates pursuing 2 years full-time Management Post-Graduate courses (MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM) offered by a recognized university with specializations in Marketing/ Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/or related disciplines offered by recognized university/college from the batch of 2026 will be considered.

Graduation Background: Any graduate degree from a recognized university/college would be considered eligible.

Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience of 0-2 years are eligible for TCS MBA Hiring 2026. Any experience (part-time/full-time) is required to be mandatorily declared in the TCS Application Form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting their work experience at the time of  TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirements.

Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.

Test Details

Test provider: TCS iON is the test provider for TCS MBA 2026 Hiring process.

Test Pattern: The duration of the Assessment is 90 mins and is split into 3 sections mentioned below:

• Verbal Ability
• Numerical Ability
• Business Aptitude

Step 1. Login to the TCS NextStep Portal

Step 2. Register and Apply for the drive

Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as “IT” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test centre & then click on Apply.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track your application”. The status should be reflected as ”Applied for Drive”.

Do I need to create my profile under ‘BPS’ or ‘IT’?
You are requested to create your profile under TCS Next Step Portal -> ’IT’.

What would be the mode of the test?
The test will be conducted in In-centre mode. Candidates would be required to visit the allotted TCS iON Centre to appear for the in-person test.

Where would the test be conducted?
TCS MBA Hiring 2026 would be an In-centre test. While submitting the application form, click on  ‘Apply for Drive,’ to choose your preferred test centre.
Please note: No further changes will be permitted once the above selection has been completed.

Is ‘Apply for Drive’ mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory. If you do not click on ’Apply for Drive’, your application will not be considered for TCS MBA Hiring 2026 process.
