Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in Chennai. The role involves making outbound calls to clients and customers, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs, and providing excellent customer service. The Caller will need to accurately document conversations and follow up on any required actions promptly. Effective communication, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols are essential.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and call handling
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and call logs
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle queries professionally

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and e-mail.

• Handle service requests related to hardware and software.
• Perform basic system administration tasks.
• Offer technical advice and respond to user queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Vocational Training in IT.

• Experience: Between 1–3 years in Service Desk Level I–II roles.
