Job Description:

Siemens is recruiting motivated Entry Level Engineers, Analysts, and Technical Staff to join our diverse operations teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Key responsibilities include assisting in design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions, supporting senior engineers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is your role! (R&D/ Software Engineering) We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer to work in the QuestaSim R&D team of the Siemens EDA.

Job Responsibilities:

Development responsibilities will include core algorithmic advances and software design/architecture.
You will collaborate with a senior group of software engineers chipping in to final production level quality of new components and algorithms and to build new engines and support existent code.
Self-motivation, self-discipline and to be able to set personal goals and work consistently towards them in a multifaceted environment will go far towards supplying to your success.

Eligibility Cariteria:

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in CSE/EE/ECE from a reputed engineering college, with Fresher – 2 years of significant experience.
Experience in C/C++, Algorithms and Data Structures
Knowledge of Compiler Concepts and Optimizations
Highly motivated and standout professional with outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, capable of working independently and delivering outstanding results.
Experience with UNIX and / or LINUX platforms is a must.
Shown leader with the ability to guide and encourage teams towards successful project completion.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of Digital Electronics Concepts
Understanding of ML/AI algorithms and their implementation in data-driven tasks
Fair understanding of Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL
Experience in parallel algorithms, job distribution
Exposure to Simulation or Formal based verification methodologies would be a plus.
