Project Management Intern, Energy Products – Australia
This is a great opportunity to join Tesla as a Deployment Intern, providing critical support to our dynamic Energy team. In this fast-paced position you will be responsible for general administrative duties and daily processing of operational tasks. In addition you will be involved in assisting with various critical tasks and projects when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla.
This is a 6-month internship opportunity and we are only able to accommodate applicants who have the capacity to work 4.5 – 5 days a week.
Job Description:
Support Tesla’s end mission by being flexible and eager to support multiple teams or functions across the business
Work across multiple projects at once, technically and administratively supporting the project team
Engage with SMEs to understand business processes, synthesize and document information
Monitor and track team and department expenses
Create and track project POs and invoices
Navigate company software systems to ensure project information is correct and kept up to date
Complete tasks within set timeframes and to a high level, provide updates on progress
Learn deployment and commissioning processes, with the potential opportunity to support team members on site
Qualification:
Currently studying or recently completed a tertiary qualification, applicants from an engineering, energy, commerce background and/or experience is desirable.
Must be detail oriented, possess strong problem solving skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point etc.

Technical Support Intern, Energy Products – AU
The Technical Support Intern provide technical support for Tesla’s Energy product lines, ensuring Tesla meets its obligations and commitments by responding to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. This position will ideally suit someone who is client facing with an electrical or engineering background.
This position requires a high level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Service staff to proactively improve the owner experience for a rapidly growing customer base.
Qualification:
Electrical or Mechatronics engineering background strongly preferred
Excellent written and oral English communications skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Energy industry experience or background in technical support or call center environment preferred
Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred

Internship, Product Engineer, Applications Engineering (Summer 2025) – US
Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start around May 2025 and continue through the Summer term (approximately August 2025) or into Fall 2025 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
Support Product Managers directly on all core and critical team efforts. Candidates are expected to own and drive multiple independent and collaborative efforts to completion
Support workstreams such as next-generation product spec and offering definition, new-market entry, service and maintenance topics, and more
Perform market and customer research, present tradeoffs and opportunities, and drive conclusive decisions with key technical and commercial stakeholders
Support the launch readiness of new products and offerings, by leading internal workstreams and creating and delivering collateral and training
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field of study with a graduation date between April 2025-May 2026
Experience in cross-functional work spanning technical, financial, operational, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of customer and market requirements
Previous experience in product management is not required, a strong academic understanding of technical topics and an interest in operations/finance/strategy is required

Internship, Instructional Design, Service (Summer 2025) – USA
As an Instructional Design Intern, you will create training content for the Service teams. You are pursuing instructional design studies and can work with technical content, ideally in automotive service. You will plan, execute, and evaluate projects while ensuring the success of training curricula. Collaboration with subject matter experts and training managers is key to identifying needs and designing solutions. You will also manage and support course evaluations within your scope.
The position can be located in any SSD center in North America.
Job Requirement:
Design and develop engaging, effective instructor-led and eLearning courses that align with project plans, adult learning theories, and style guides
Ensure training content is clear, grammatically correct, and meets customer expectations
Capture requirements, build designs, develop content, and evaluate outcomes
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to scope curricula requirements
Work with e-learning developers and multimedia specialists to publish interactive courses
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress or recently completed in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, including ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning styles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with learning management systems and platforms like Articulate Storyline and Rise preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for delivering complex technical training
Strong time management, organizational, project planning, and feedback skills
