1) Lubricants Supply Chain – Looking for Engineering students

2) Lubricants – Looking for Business students

Lubricants Supply Chain

We are looking for talented engineer to join our well designed internship program. You will be assigned to join selected departments to learn about our exciting operation.

Department – Blending

Study to improve Lubricants Blending processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumption

Study to improve blending activities by applying Lean Manufacturing such as Spaghetti diagram, plant layout and man/machine movement

Study to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasks

Analyze data of pump in blending for project improvement

Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program

Department – Filling

Study to improve filling automation machine/loss time

Study to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasks

Study to improve products quality/engineering control/visual control

Study to improve machine breakdown and maintenance program

Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program

Department – Grease

Study to improve Grease production processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumption

Study to improve batch cycle time of grease production

Study to improve grease activities by applying Lean Manufacturing

Qualification:

1st – 4th year student or Master’s student from Engineering background (Preferred Chemical Engineer, Mechanical / Mechatronic / Robotic Engineer, Industrial Engineer)

Fluency in English (Both written and verbal)

Strong leadership, analytical and systematic thinking skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Scope of Work:

Market & Consumer understanding:

• Conduct market visits to understand consumer behavior, competitor landscape & strategies, pricing and category movement

• Analyze market data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities and barriers to growth

• Gather consumer insights to drive repeated purchase and continuous product improvement

Marketing & Brand Development:

• Develop and implement testimonial ideas from product samplings and purchase

• Execute marketing campaigns, launch events and various marketing activities such as product sampling, digital marketing initiatives, in-store promotions

Sales & Distribution Strategy:

• Implement and execute strategies to drive product penetration and revenue growth

• Monitor sales performance and monthly KPIs target

• Monitor distribution expansion according to targets

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)

Who we are looking?

Shell Business Operations in Krakow is looking for students, interested in an internship in Product Stewardship.

Tax Associate Intern – Malaysia

Interns will gain exposure in: –

Prepare and execute accurate and timely tax returns, respective supporting documents required and tax payments.

Develop professional working relationships with colleagues within the process and in the interface process across Finance Operations.

Ensure effectiveness of operating controls and report all control incidences.

Update work instructions as and when applicable and at regular intervals as per Work Instructions policy guidelines

Conduct variance analysis, reasonableness checks and reconciliations.

Collate information for enquiries from external auditors and authorities.

Support change management initiatives and contribute to successful go-live of tax migrations.

Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve processes.

Comply to Shell Group records management & Information risk management procedures and manage the working papers and supporting documentation related to the tax returns.

Perform Balance Sheet analysis on tax accounts balances and ensure accuracy of balances as per required guidelines.

Role requirement

Internship requirements in Finance/Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification

Working knowledge of MS Office

Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications/Macro is welcomed.

Analyzer Technician Trainee – US

As an Analyzer Technician Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties below.

Accountabilities:

Must have basic analyzer knowledge

Apply Electrical Safety Rules in accordance with site and OSHA standards

Be willing to train on: Repair, Perform Preventive and Reactive Maintenance of Analyzer systems and components including (but not limited to): Gas Chromatograph (GC), (HRVOC), Continuous Emission Monitors (CEM), Tunable Diode Laser (TDL), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Infrared (IR), Density, Hydrocarbons, pH + ORP, Dissolved Oxygen (DO2), Oxygen (O2), Sodium, Turbidity, Chlorine, Vapor recovery systems, BTU, Moisture and Conductivity with #1 assistance

Be willing to train on: required analytical records. (Environmental/QSP/Validation)

Participate in analyzer maintenance team meetings

Support new and improvement analyzer projects

Train on new analyzers and share among peers

Support area Analyzer discipline inspectors

Participate in Plant Start-Up activities w/#1 craftsman

application of pressure rated tubing fittings

High level of ownership and quality workmanship a necessity

Situational Awareness and a willingness to try new approaches

Can-Do Attitude of maintaining the plant to operate more safely and profitably

Other tasks/duties as needed

What we need from you

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must possess and maintain a current, valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States

You must have a basic analyzer experience in any industry

Must reside within the area or be willing to relocate

Must have knowledge of electronics

Good verbal and written communication skills

Foster teamwork and collaborative work environment

Must comply with Company drug-free work environment and fitness for duty requirements, including random drug and alcohol testing

Must comply with Company safety policies and procedures

Must comply to harassment free working environment and with Company diversity and inclusion work practices, along with working with embedded contract employees
