Apple MQA intern is responsible for assuring high quality requirements sustainably implemented and maintained in Apple supplier chain with effective measurement/monitor and continual improvement in a creative & systemic way.
MQA Intern – Operations and Supply Chain – China
Job Description:
– Understand Apple System and vendor MES data collection according to manufacturing/material flow.
– Develop big data audit on Apple System and Vendor MES to screen and detect potential risk in production.
– Develop model/tools to ensure data integrity and study commonality on image data from AOI or other inspection and report.
– Develop the text-based data auto-collection model through NLP for critical quality data/report for better analysis, prediction and feedback.
– Provide creative solutions for the identified engineering challenges or issues
– Discover new technology solutions on the identified directions
– Present analysis results and reports to Apple management team
– Works with other Apple functional groups as part of manufacturing design team
Job Requirement:
– Has basic knowledge on quality management system structure, quality procedures, and quality tools (e.g. Mechanical Drawing, Measurement, SPC)
– Be interested in hard-working manufacturing processes and technologies
– Be interested in Mathematics and Analytics, and be able to apply data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data
– Has experience in one or more deep learning frameworks (such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
– Experience on computer vision or natural language processing are highly preferred
– Experience on project management is preferred
– Published Engineering Thesis, Invention Patent holder are preferred
– Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English.
– Clear communication and logical thinking
Qualification:
Bachelor,Master or above, CS/software/machine learning is preferred
