Product Specialist Engineer & AI Explorer (Internship) – Europe
Job Description:
Proactively help to resolve customers’ technical product issues or hot topics via QCM system / email,
Provide technical support in the Marketing department for QA and Manual Tightening products, assisting the team with day-to-day activities.
Support and cooperate with global product management team in activities such as new product launch, product analysis, and implementation of marketing tools.
Participate in meetings and projects in collaboration with other Product Specialists, the Quality Team, and R&D.
Skills to be acquired by the trainee
Manage the technical specifications of product including both new and existing products and software synergies.
Understand internal processes, communication channels, documentation, and data repository, to resolve customers’ technical product.
Achieve good presentation skill in order to perform Technical Trainings, Video & Presentations through QA Customer Experience Center for new or existing products, in order to level up the technical knowledge of CCs.
Create robust internal network in BLM, with aim to address at right department customer’s requests.
Understand customer’s real needs, market and applications/segments trends and opportunities.
Expertise in utilizing AI tools for technical support applications
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Interest in the industrial sector and technology.
Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Availability for occasional travel or on-site project participation, if required

Project Engineer – USA
Job Description:
Engineering Design: You will lead a small engineering team of 3-4 people with a goal to deliver a custom engineered turbo expander on time and on budget. Your responsibilities include facilitating design reviews, drawing/document creation and approvals while keeping your team on schedule to deliver a complete turbo expander unit.
Technical Customer Meetings: You will lead technical discussions with our customers to find the best solutions that meet the customer and project requirements.
Continuous Improvement: You will create ways to improve engineering process by reducing design cycle time and/or reduce errors while keeping manufacturability in mind.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering field or equivalent skill set and work experience.
General understanding of pumps, motors, coolers, heaters, and control systems as they apply to lube oil and seal gas systems.
General knowledge of PLC and HMI control system architecture (Allen Bradley).
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Pricing Projects Engineer- Product Management – India
Job Responsibilities:
Develop price list generators or price list tools.
Collect technical and pricing data of products from various sources to prepare price lists.
Coordinate with the divisional pricing team to execute pricing projects.
Update price list source files when new products are launched.
Update price list source files when product prices are revised.
Onboard new customer centers to use divisional price lists.
Generating necessary documents for task as per Quality Systems. Also following work instructions and checklists.
Communication and interaction with the internal & external clients regularly on the progress of the job requests.
Estimation of work involved, lead time and execution of task according to customer requirement.
Maximize satisfaction level of customers in terms of quality of work, meeting deadlines and quick turnaround time.
Requirements
Marketing or technical experience.
Technical knowledge of compressors & dryers is a benefit.
Software skills e.g., MS Office, BPCS, SAP is an asset.
Experience with pricing activities would be an advantage.
Qualification:
Any Graduate in related field with 3-5 years of experience.
An academic background in Marketing and/or engineering or equivalent by experience.
Good knowledge of English. An additional language is considered as a plus.

Senior Project Engineer – PLC 1 – India
Job Requirements:
Be a constructive team member for a global control system engineering team working for domestic and overseas customer.
Preferred to have working experience with Centrifugal Compressors, Screw compressor, Reciprocating compressors, Vacuum system, Turboexpander etc.
Study the customer specifications related to Instrumentation & control systems for selection of control systems and field instruments.
Detail or working knowledge of various Siemens and Rockwell hardware & PLC/HMI/SCADA Programming in all languages (STL, FBD, Ladder etc) .
PLC control system programming experience using IEC 61131 Structure Text
Qualification:
BE / B Tech / M Tech. in Electrical Engineering / Computer engineering/ Instrumentation engineering / Electronics/ E & TC with 4 to 6 years of designing, programming and testing/simulation experience on Codesys platform and different PLCs.
Must be proficient in
Codesys Programming using Structure test.
Coding using C, C++, Java, Python, ST
Working with OPPs and Agile/Scrum methodology
Rockwell and Siemens Programming in all programming languages.
Good communication skill and learning ability.

BN 3500 Programming software
AutoCAD Electrical
Excel/ VBA coding
Basic Knowledge of Python Coding
