Qualifications:
Currently majoring in one of the following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines.
Including Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aerodynamic Engineering, Chemical Eng./Material Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Safety, Math, Physics and other applicable engineering disciplines.
Currently enrolled student attending Virginia Tech with an expected graduation date prior to August 2025
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong academic performance
Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations.
Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships.
Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing.

Program Management – Entry Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
Experience using Open Plan Professional
Experience using Milestone Professional
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years’ related work experience).
