Job Description:
SAP (which stands for Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing) is one of the leading ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools. Organizations across the globe use it as their main platform to manage all their business processes from A to Z.
As Young Graduate Technical SAP you will be part of the technical implementation team and can choose to develop yourself in different areas:
SAP ABAP Development: to adapt SAP to the needs of the business
SAP Analytics: setting up the Business Warehouse and creating intelligent reports
SAP Business Intelligence: modeling of front- and back-end tools
SAP Data management: data governance and data maintenance
SAP BC (Business Connector): Installation, configuration and maintenance of the tool
SAP integration or migration projects
As Technical SAP consultant, you will be at the forefront of new technologies (Cloud, AI, IoT, etcetera), hence adding value to yourself and constantly growing in knowledge and expertise.
Qualification:
You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in ICT
You are fluent in English and Dutch

GRADUATE PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER (INSIGHTS AND DATA) – EUROPE
We are seeking a graduate to join the Capgemini Insights & Data Engagement Management Team and welcome applications from graduates with a degree qualification in project management, computer science or similar related field. The successful candidate will be expected to assist the engagement management team in the delivery of a varied and diverse portfolio of client projects.
This role will give the graduate a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders at the heart of change, to learn how a large and complex portfolio operates as well as develop a broad range of effective business skills and a variety of exemplar project management techniques and tools. The role will require excellent organisational skills and candidates will be required to demonstrate a range of experience and technical skills developed through academic study. In return, the graduate will be offered training opportunities to develop their skills and the PSO team will actively support with further career development.
Qualification:
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience of providing information and advice; both 1:1 and in groups.
Be able to organise your own work successfully to deliver what’s expected
Be excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas and think up fresh ways of tackling problems
Consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and be able to document them
Have the ability to deal with sensitive and contentious issues and ensure these are handled in a professional manner

You are about to graduate or have recently graduated with a relevant Master’s in business, IT, engineering, or social science, and your academic grades are among the best in your school. You can provide references and are ready for a fun challenge.
