Location: Remote, United States of America
Job Description:
This is a Q3 (July – Sept) 2025 posting for starting your SkillBridge internship.
Your Internship may last longer than the Quarter depending on your command. Please apply within 4 months of your anticipated program start date.
Essential Functions:

Military DoD SkillBridge Internship – Electronic Analyzer & Tester
The Electronic Analyzer & Tester’s primary duty is to ensure that military and commercial avionics products perform their specifications in a satisfactory manner. Responsibilities include administering standardized functional and environmental tests and troubleshooting from a system level down to component level.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand and follow test specifications and procedures
Ensure product compliance and quality
Troubleshoot electronics systems, circuit card assemblies, and components
Prescribe rework instructions for products needing repair
Maintain product test records in quality data tracking system
Attend and participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
Associate degree in an electronics technology discipline from an accredited university or college OR
High School Diploma / GED with two years of technical experience in testing and troubleshooting of highly technical electronic products which could include military electronics experience (i.e. A school, I level depo technician)
Must be active military personnel
Eligibility Requirement:
Able and willing to complete and pass the pre employment electronic principle’s test, covering but not limited to such subjects as component identification and digital and analog circuit analysis

Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP) – US
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily hands-on support to shop floor personnel to help facilitate problem-solving and process improvements related to production or development labs.
Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing skills and interpret blueprints to facilitate component manufacturing processes.
Utilize various design and analytical software to support and improve manufacturing processes.
Advance and develop manufacturing planning, processes and work instructions.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to improve product quality, increase throughput, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to drive short- and long-term actions that support production.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify waste and support decision-making processes.
Manage project plans related to manufacturing changes and collaborate with various functions to drive action and project closure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college (or an associate degree in Engineering or a Technology discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience)
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding (or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing-related role)

Automation and Robotics Intern – Singapore
We are looking for an intern to work closely with Automation and Robotics Engineers to be responsible for the development and testing of Bin Picking with Camera & Robot.
Deliverables: Understand the basic principles of Bin Picking with vision Inspection, C# programming knowledge, Artificial Intelligence, Data integration to Robots & Conceptualize Robot Picker Arm.
Plan/Design: Design and build Inspection and Handling capabilities for Bin Picking.
It should be user-friendly, robust, and Flexible.
Problem Solving: Part transfer from a Tray/Box module to another tray or System.
Reduced Human intervention.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an undergrad who can commit to a 20 – 24 weeks internship so as to maximize the learning opportunity and allow for in-depth hands on experiences.
Qualifications
Under grad studying a Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Apprentice – India
The Aerospace Apprentice will undergo a structured training program designed to provide hands-on experience and technical knowledge in various aspects of aerospace engineering and manufacturing.
The apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop skills in areas such as aircraft maintenance, manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with good academic progress. Also humble , eager to learn and adopt manufacturing process like welding, brazing, bending, Cleaning, Marking, Assembly, Inspection etc., related to Tubes & ducts manufacturing. Ability to work with HPT in shifts.
