Sales & Commercial Operation Internship – Italy
Job Description:
Learn Avio Aero and General Electric business environment
Collaborate with several people from different seniority and expertise within the organization
Establish proposal development and management, business cases based on financial/business concepts, negotiate with external customers,
Get to learn and apply company processes and procedures
Step by step owning and driving tasks independently
The intern will support the Sales & Commercial Operation Leader and colleagues of the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall business strategy
The intern will support commercial activities such as development and management of commercial proposal (for ongoing contracts and new business opportunities) with cross functional teams (e.g. Program Management, Finance, Legal, Global Supply Chain, Engineering, International Trade Compliance …etc)
The intern will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and developing practical and innovative ways to execute business objectives
This position is an internship of 6 months
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian
Great communication and relationship building skills
Independence and self confidence
Computer skills with proficiency in Office tools
Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
Enthusiasm, drive & determination
