Job Description:
As a Data Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Sales & Marketing Operations Center team responsible for accurate order processing and analysis. The objective is to get quality orders into our systems for highly efficient order processing.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing, completing, and creating new master data and change requests to support day-to-day business operations.
Maintenance and administration of sales conditions and invoicing process in SAP.
Delivering data to the customers according to the agreed timeline.
Monitoring system and ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data.
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
Experience in customer service with knowledge of order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP SD.
Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred.
University graduate.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
Adapting easily and focusing on customers.
Being a team player – creating trust, with high communication skills.

Sales & Marketing Specialist – United Kingdom
John Deere is a leading supplier of agricultural and turf equipment. We are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Langar.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be the first point of contact for sales and marketing activities and projects for the UK and Ireland. This is a new role and ideally suited to a graduate, offering the opportunity to upskill with a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship over an 18-month course, which will enable you to gain practical skills alongside off the job training to enhance your development.
Job Responsibilities:
First point of contact for our dealership network to include regular meetings, creating and reviewing marketing materials.
Deliver specified outcomes and provide others with expert advice while working within established brand and marketing programmes.
Collate and analyse data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices.
Responsible for gathering and summarising data for reports.
Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
Coordinated marketing activities using CRM tools.
Organising and attending all company events from around the UK and Europe.
– Positive approach, can do attitude, willingness to get stuck in and give things a try, comfortable with working on your own initiative although rest assured there’ll be plenty of support to help you succeed.
– Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
– Good understanding of Microsoft package.
– GCSE in English and Maths are preferable.
As this is a role based at Langar, the successful candidate will be expected to live in commuting distance of the branch. There must be a flexible approach to working some irregular hours and a willingness to travel within the UK/Ireland and occasional visits abroad. A clean driving licence is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a driven engineer to help us make an impact. The John Deere Engineering Development Program is a full time rotational opportunity targeted for new college graduates. Engineers are supported in experiencing multiple roles in a condensed timeframe to explore foundational engineering practices within Product, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recent college graduate with a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Ag Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related degree.
Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
Previous internship, co-op, or project focused research experience.
Skill in using computer aided design, engineering tools and/or programming language.
