Accounting/Finance Summer Intern 2025 – USA
Job Responsibilities:
As an Accounting/Finance Intern you will be provided with opportunities to develop an understanding of John Deere’s products and services, establish a network of people to support personal and professional growth, and to gain experience in one of the following areas: Factory Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Financial Analysis, Internal Audit, Tax and Treasury.
Interns typically perform various professional accounting or finance projects which include coordinating, preparing, and analyzing financial information.
The majority of our internship experiences are offered in the summer months, usually lasting 12 weeks. Projects may include some of the following:
Complete process improvements projects by utilizing finance automation techniques
Gain an understanding of useful financial software tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes financial information.
Develop professional skills through networking and interaction with Deere leaders.
Working cross functionally to solve business problems.
Qualification:
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related major.
Minimum of 6 credit hours completed in Accounting courses by the start of the internship.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.

The Marketing Internship Program is for students that have completed their first year in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. The John Deere Marketing Internship experience prepares participants for future roles in John Deere’s Equipment divisions. You will receive various work experiences that provide exposure to John Deere’s product lines, marketing and customer support activities, and the independent dealer organization.
Job Description:
Provide analytic data for marketing/product support teams
Learn about the dealer distribution channel
Work with field managers to gain exposure to the dealer channel for marketing, sales, and service
Participate in factory Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) projects enabling dealers to
provide resolutions to product concerns and assist dealers in offering distinctive customer experience
Participate in training related to product, sales and marketing processes
Fulfill a variety of developmental assignments to gain an understanding of marketing and field experience
Qualification:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ag Systems
