Recruiting Intern – USA

Job Description:
You will help in our recruiting efforts for relevant sources, focusing on the execution of events including attraction and cultivation.
In this role, you will manage the candidate pipeline, local retention program and data using existing tools and systems while keeping key stakeholders informed. You will serve as contact/counselor for candidates throughout the attraction, application and interview stages, ensuring all candidates receive individualized attention and interaction through-out the recruiting process.
You will also leverage data and reporting insights to inform content strategy and campaigns.

Qualification:
University degree with excellent academic record;
Ability to drive and lead processes and projects independently and also work well in a team
Proactive approach with excellent customer service attitude
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and projects and work effectively under pressure; at ease with abundance of details yet mindful of the big picture at all times
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information and communicate clearly and professionally with all audiences
Fluency in both Spanish and English
