Job Description:
Help define, design and implement leadership recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of technical leadership roles, including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
Manage executive search engagements from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate contact to including research, engagement strategies and candidate experience
Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Communications, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following skills and technologies:
Applicant tracking systems
Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and events teams to identify and source ideal candidates
Building out sourcing tools, procedures, and policies through an internal recruiting system
Creating sourcing strategies to identify and source diverse talent and building sourcing networks for potential candidates
Matching data points with external talent supply
Taking part in executive search engagements, from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to contacting candidates, including research, engagement strategies, and candidate experience
Recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
