Campus Recruiting Intern – USA
Job Description:
The Campus Recruiting Intern will be responsible for working with the North America Campus Recruiting organization on various projects including but not limited to:
Assist in the development and execution of the overall FY23-24 campus recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to campus recruiting.
Aid the recruiting team with sourcing strategies to execute during future recruiting seasons.
Create Diversity & Inclusion sourcing campaigns to further D&I recruiting efforts at target and non-target universities.
Work with multiple software tools including but not limited to: candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other required tools.
Report on various aspects of recruiting pipeline and activity to management, operations, and LOB.
Interns will receive training and on-going coaching and support from leadership and members of their team. This includes onboarding and development throughout the summer as well as focus areas that will conclude with a presentation showcasing what you have learned and accomplished throughout the summer.
Qualifications:
A rising senior or graduate student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Analytics or other related degrees.
Strong record of achievement and leadership in work experience, clubs, volunteerism or internships.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, computer, and organizational skills.
Strong project management skills and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
