The Strategy& Black Talent Programme is a supported recruitment pathway, where you will meet and learn from our inspiring Black leaders. They will share their career journeys with you and explain why we are passionate about racial diversity, so that you can find out what a future career with us in strategy consulting could look like. You’ll have the opportunity to attend a virtual insight day followed by an (optional) in-person networking event hosted in our London office.
What you’ll need
If your application is successful, you will be invited to take part in our assessment days. Participants will also be allocated a buddy to offer help and support throughout the process.
To be eligible for this programme, you’ll need to be:
Entering your penultimate year of study or entering your final year of study with a one year postgraduate degree place confirmed starting Autumn 2023
Be on track for / have achieved a 2.1 in your undergraduate degree
Have the right visa eligibility to for an internship in the summer of 2023, and to start a graduate programme in July 2024 / September 2024 / January 2025 or April 2025
Be available to attend a virtual insight day on Friday 7th October 2022

Deadline to complete the Game Based Assessment is Sunday 4th September 2022.
Decisions will be communicated to applicants by Friday 16th September 2022
The Black Talent insight day is scheduled to take place on Friday 7th October 2022, with the optional networking evening on Tuesday 11th October 2022
