Analyst – Administration & Management

Join us as an “Analyst – Administration & Management”, where you will provide subject matter expertise on India employment legislation, Regulatory Requirements, and Organisational compliance procedures. In this role, you will support the organization by offering guidance on complex employment law matters, interpreting statutory requirements, ensuring that policies and processes reflect current legal standards and attend various hearings with the regulators . You will partner with various stakeholders to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee practices across the organization.

To be successful as an “Analyst – Administration & Management”, you should have experience with:

Job Responsibilities: 

Management of executive, managers or team calendars and overseeing timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.

Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive or team.

Proactively anticipating the needs of the executive or team, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.

Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulation and codes of conduct.

Transaction Monitoring Analyst

  • You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
  • Conduct transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities and ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD , Sanctions, negative media & PEP checks to verify customer identities and assess risk profiles.
  • Support SAR investigations and reporting while maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Support with day-to-day Transaction Monitoring initiatives including, reviewing, investigating and reporting through AML expertise.
  • Execution of monitoring checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements.

Desirable skills sets:

  • Preferable experience in AML and Transaction Monitoring.
  • Should be able to interact with customer support team for queries related to customer transactions.

KYC Analyst

  • Step into a role of KYC Processing Analyst, where you will take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
  • Perform end-to-end KYC/CDD and EDD reviews, ensuring accurate client due diligence in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments for new and existing clients, categorizing profiles as per standard risk frameworks.
  • Screen and monitor PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), sanctions, and adverse media to identify potential financial crime risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and global regulations, maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness.

Desirable skills sets:

  • Deliver high-quality service and operational execution to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete work accurately and on time.
  • AML stream related experience, preferably CDD (Client Onboarding/Periodic Refresh).
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Problem‑solving and analytical thinking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and workflows
