We’re looking to onboard HR Interns who are passionate about learning and growing in the field of Human Resources.
Location: Suzlon One Earth, Pune
Duration: 2 to 4 months
Type: Unpaid Internship
Departments: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, and HRBP functions
The HR Intern will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting daily HR operations. Tasks include maintaining employee files, assisting in recruitment processes, managing attendance and leave records, and participating in HR projects and initiatives.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a leading renewable energy company and contribute to impactful HR initiatives.
