Job Description:
Design, implement, and improve engineered solutions
Use a process-driven and methodical mindset (or qualitative-driven and zero-loss mindset) to improve processes
Perform industry research to identify new programs and industry partners
Identify short-term and long-term opportunities within Walmart’s End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain Operations
Work with cross-functional teams, utilizing your engineering and project management skills to identify opportunities, propose solutions, design systems and demonstrate financial impact
Manage vendor relationships and program portfolios throughout the full product lifecycle including research & development, proof-of-concept testing, full-scale deployment, maintenance and KPI tracking
Contribute to the team’s strategy by developing business cases, writing white papers, and communicating findings at all levels of leadership

2025 Summer Intern: Intl Marketplace
As a Procurement Intern you will:
Provide data insights to drive sourcing & negotiation strategies for category leaders.
Support category leaders in full sourcing event execution (we call it the RFx process) by leveraging various sourcing tools.
Support the supplier relationship management process by surveying internal stakeholders to identify service gaps and drive improvements.
Predict future supplier performance based on historical trends and statistical modeling.
Develop predictive cost models for goods and services to provide data-driven insights, enabling negotiations to reduce cost and bring greater value to the company.
Qualifications:
Must be actively enrolled in an undergrad degree program.
Expected graduation date between December 2025 – August 2026.

2025 Summer Undergraduate Intern: Walmart Fashion Design
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with researching and identifying trend directions; creation of digital concept/mood boards, analyze collections, shop stores; perform competitive analysis; pull and review fabrics, design concepts, digital presentation boards for meetings.
Identify key items with a strong brand identity.
Gain an understanding of development of initial seasonal design category in context of larger assortment and cost structure.
Select original artwork and curate seasonal print stories.
