The role of Data Validation Specialist role is to ensure that the information is accurately captured in the system generated forms from customer provided documents like Invoices, Claims, Utility documents etc. They are responsible for demonstrating and delivering a high standard of service and data accuracy to our Capture & Content Services customers. This role carries significant responsibilities for data accuracy and plays a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement in the Capture & Content process.

Third Party Feeding and Finishing – System Engineering Internship – US

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our System Engineering team. The intern will assist with specification writing for partner finishing equipment, develop and write test plans for new features and finishers, and conduct tests on printer and finishing equipment.

They will document any issues found during testing in CMO Tracker on SharePoint and help test problem resolutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system engineering, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to real-world projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

As an intern you will support a wide variety of tasks and functions within the group that will include the following elements:

Participate in design analysis of system features with a focus on securing the device and user data as the functions are executed.

Develop Security Documentation templates/updates for Security Guides, Data Storage whitepapers, etc.

Support the team through penetration testing of systems and software packages.

Track newly introduced Product Security Inquiry Requests through the steps to determine if there is a problem to be managed. Ensure data is entered into Jira and all supporting information is included.

Qualifications:

Remediate security violations on Windows/Linux systems by upgrading or removing 3rd party software. Knowledge of Excel, Windows, Linux administration.

Convert Confluence Wiki pages to SharePoint documents or Stack Overflow “How-To” postings.
