•General Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent support service to all IPMs in all situations.
•Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance.
•Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times.
•Participate in team initiatives and actively contribute to team success.
•Test, analyze and report digital marketing initiatives.
•Specific Responsibilities may include:
•Develop deep expertise in different analytical and reporting tools. Should be able to train others on analytical tools.
•Assist with web site testing and solving issues related to testing.
•Should be able to manage small digital marketing initiatives, Vendor management.
•Generate monthly scorecards for different marketing initiatives.
•Should have strong communication skills to support IPMs at global level.
•Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations
•Ability to honor commitments and deadlines on assigned tasks
•Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner
•Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy across all work products
•Experience working in an outsourced services provider
•Strong customer service skills

•English language proficiency
•MS Office Application Suite (Excel, Access, word etc),
•Knowledge of SQL and VB/Oracle would be a plus
