Job Role and Responsibilities
The candidates will be responsible to manage, install, and test an end-to-end order management system. They will make sure to centralise and work efficiently on customer connections of telecom order, quote, change, and track.
Candidate will require to solve the routine problem through referral to general guidelines and precedent
Candidate will work on basic statistics and terms while discussing the plans with stakeholders
Providing detailed structure to the moderate level daily work tasks, decide to complete daily tasks seamlessly
Interact with direct supervisors and team members
Contribute to the team with predetermined work scope
Help the team members by managing deliverables
