Job Description:
AECOM are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Graduate Digital Specialist to join our Cost Management team in Dubai at AECOM. In this role, you will be at the forefront of exploring and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and process automation solutions to enhance our project cost management processes. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of digital innovation within the organization.
AI Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration within cost management processes.
Develop and implement AI solutions to streamline data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Process Automation:
Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in cost management.
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to optimize project cost tracking and reporting.
Data Analysis and Visualization:

As our program is designed for recent graduates, it is only open to individuals who have successfully completed their degree in 2022 or 2023.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and process automation.
Proficiency in programming languages would be advantageous
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management.

Entry Level Engineer – United States
AECOM is seeking an Entry Level Engineer to be based in Tampa, Florida.
Job Description:
Provides basic support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, and construction inspection activities in support of projects.
Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications, and maintaining project documentation.
General understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Performs routine tasks while working under close supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred:
Experience with structural analysis software.

Graduate Construction Project Engineer – USA
Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
Performs entry-level work.
Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
Qualifications:

Preferred :
Experience working for a large general contractor.
Previous relevant AECOM internship experience.

This role will primarily focus to participate in the 24-month Graduate Development Program with rotational learning assignment to become well-rounded professionals that can take on business critical roles after successfully completing the program.
The program is designed to challenge and grow graduate trainees through a series of core learning components including on-the-job training, online learning, assigned mentors, peer coaches, and other avenues for learning.
