Digital Solutions Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute data collection and validation processes on a weekly or monthly basis, or as required.
Gather reporting requirements in a project controls context (budget, schedule) via workshops.
Maintain documentation for requirements and support & maintenance processes as needed.
Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data analysis and decision-making.
Implement ETL processes and data transformations to ensure seamless data flow between systems, leveraging SQL databases and Power BI.
Build workflows, processes, and approvals using Power Automate to optimize business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges in existing Power Platform solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and refine requirements, incorporating feedback into solution development.
Provide accurate time estimates for pipeline tasks.
Provide first-level support for user access and basic troubleshooting.
Support the team and organization in growing its Power Platform capabilities, with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
Qualifications:
BA/BS plus two years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Displays knowledge and ability to apply business practices in carrying out a variety of assignments.
Produces regularly scheduled reports from multiple data sources.
Is able to analyze and present data for purpose of evaluation.
Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $75,000.00 – $90,000.00.

Commissioning Engineer
Job Description:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Possess project specific knowledge of the program’s commissioning requirements as defined in the project specifications and commissioning plan
Assists in the development, coordination, and execution of the design phase, construction phase, testing/training phase, warranty phase activities, and final commissioning report
Establishes the scope, work plan and work schedule and ensures this is communicated to the Project staff and Department Managers
Ensure that programs are conducted within budget and on schedule
Perform commissioning reviews of construction documents
Attends and actively participates in project coordination meetings
Records and distributes commissioning coordination meeting minutes
Reviews shop drawings and equipment submittals
Develops Pre-functional Construction Checklists
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture, or demonstrated equivalency of experience
Experience in Technical Reading/Writing a must
Experience with Microsoft Office a must

Assistant Technical Officer – Australia
This is an existing role that will see you learn hands on while studying a degree in a very supported environment to become a Civil Designer.
You will assist in the engineering design and documentation for exciting and important infrastructure projects in our region. You will get exposure to projects involving roads, bridges, buildings, water infrastructure and renewable energy.
Help other drafters/designers develop Engineered sketches/ drawings for various Clients using software such as Autodesk and Bentley packages
Help undertake quantity calculations for projects to aid cost estimating.
Undertake field site visits to aid design deliverables.
Be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering project outcomes.

Job Description:
This role will be responsible for performing the end-to-end cash application processes and activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and management guidance. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute assigned processes and to provide support in resolving process and system issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or any Business-related course.
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in cash applications, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash.
Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe application.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.
Experience working with ERP, e.i., Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred.
Previous experience in process migration/transition is a plus.
Experience working in Shared Services or BPO is an advantage.
