Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
As part of the DCS marketing team, supports proposals to assist a business line (BL) or regional marketing team with priority pursuits in support of strategic growth and winning work
Collaborates with regional and BL teams on identified priority pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations, including requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and pre-solicitation efforts
Works with appropriate/relevant business line team, operations, technical, and business development professionals to support or develop marketing information (including but not limited to case studies/project sheets and capabilities summaries)
Provides support for small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs for private/public/Federal clients, including schedule, templates, and production, and demonstrates a clear understanding of compliance
Develops compliance matrices and schedules for content development, production and delivery
Participates in pre-RFP capture/proposal planning, to develop gain institutional knowledge for creating win messaging and discriminators in deliverables
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience
Strong writing and/or editing skills (ie marketing writing, proposal writing, technical writing, copywriting, etc)
Experience with SF330 proposals or federal proposals
