Virtual Customer Service Shipping & Delivery Associate
Responsibility:
Answering customer questions promptly, effectively and promptly, using our software platform to communicate with customers by phone, chat and email
Doing the utmost to reduce customer efforts, demonstrate empathy and treat each customer as a friend, recognizing that each customer is unique, even with high volumes of work.
Report recurring issues so they can be resolved for all customers, once and for all
Ensure punctuality and respect for work shifts, to ensure adequate coverage of the service hours
Follow company procedures correctly, maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations, and represent Amazon appropriately
Skills:
Comfortable working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong aptitude for problem solving and autonomous search for solutions
Ability to interact effectively with support services, the logistics center and other departments
Ability to adapt quickly to change and to have the right sense of urgency in managing customer requests
Minimum requirements:
Availability at home of a space to dedicate to work (room with desk and window – photographs will be required)
Electrical system in accordance with your own home
Internet network availability at your home with 20Mbps or higher speed and with wired connection to the internet service provider, with the obligation to connect the computer by means of an Ethernet cable. All connections with wireless broadband access or BWA (WiMax, LTE, 3 / 4g) are excluded.
High school diploma
Knowledge of email software and Internet browser, good typing speed
Good knowledge of the English language
