Administrative Assistant – Canada

Job Description:

As an administrative assistant in a high-tech global company, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the legal management’s day-to-day activities. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that administrative duties are handled promptly and efficiently. You will be reporting directly to the executive PA.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have experience using Microsoft Office and other software programs commonly used in office environments. A basic understanding of the high-tech industry and its terminology may also be beneficial.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for senior management.

Organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events.

Creating and maintaining filing systems and databases.

Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation.

Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinating with IT and other support staff to ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly.

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
