Sales Support Specialist – Canada

Job Description:

Using your strong organizational and technical skills, as a Lead qualifier and sales support, you will be at the heart of our lead qualification process. You will engage daily with our sales representation as you answer their inquiries and provide excellent sales support on behalf of Atlas Copco. You will also be in constant communication with our customer to understand their need. You will enjoy being a team‐player as you interact frequently and coordinate with our Service Sales team. You can expect us to provide all necessary training on our service plans, services and lead qualification process when you get started with us. This position can be based at any of our branches across Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and support the sales of aftermarket products and services
Manage IoT via our SmartLink system
Maintaining data integrity in our CRM system
Support Product Manager with business promotion, programs and projects
Educate, qualify, and develop inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
Research prospects, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships to stimulate opportunity
Successfully manage leads in our CRM system
Collaborate with salesforce via emails and telephone to develop relationships and help drive business results

Qualification:

Your 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Your advanced computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP (would be an asset)
Your ability to give great customer service, develop relations and handle customer concerns
Your excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing , Fluency in French is required for a position in Quebec.
Your strong sense of responsibility and proactivity

Logistics Specialist – United States

Job Description:

As a Logistics Specialist, you will support the logistics department, receiving freight and small parcels (processing in SAP/computer system and physically putting away), performing inventory counts, scheduling outbound freight, including international freight and picking small parts for spare parts orders. Each Specialist will have a specialty (e.g. responsible for outbound freight) and will know all aspects of the position.

Warehouse experience or other logistics / shipping experience preferred
Experience with warehouse activities, material handling, visual inspection of incoming goods, and shipping preparation
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and/or proven ability to learn new computer programs required.
Ability to learn how to operate fork truck, pallet jack, overhead crane.

BI Engineer – India

Job Description:

As a BI Engineer your mission will be to design, development, and delivery for highly visible data-driven applications . You must take a quality-first approach where you ensure the data is visualized in a clear, accurate and user-friendly manner. You ensure standards and best practices are followed and ensure documentation is created and maintained. Where needed, you take initiative and make recommendations to drive improvements. You will also be involved in the tracking, monitoring and performance analysis of production issues and the implementation of bugfixes and enhancements.

You would be a part of Data Analytics Team of Global Engineering Center (GECIA) of Atlas Copco India Private Ltd and supporting Industrial Tools Business Area. As a BI Engineer within our Data Anlytics Competence team, you will lead the management and organisation of data for our custom-built applications and bringing the Data Driven meaningful insights. You will be instrumental at every stage of the project lifecycle from proof of concept, data validation, design and develope the BI visuals, deploying the reports/solution to monitoring of performance of Visualization products.

Qualification:

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent by experience
You have a minimum work experience of 3 years with professional BI development & data visualization is preferred.
Strong knowledge on BI development principles, time intelligence functions, dimensional modelling and data visualization is required.
You are a Power BI front-end developer that can develop performant data sets and appealing, insightful visualizations.
Knowledge on MS Azure (data lake, databricks) is considered as a plus.
You are experienced in data modelling and custom calculations.
You are able to create complex visuals and KPI charts that are used on enterprise level.
You have a good understanding of data warehousing and relational database concepts & technologies.
Experience and knowledge on scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python to setup and automate Power BI platform related activities is an asset.
Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of English is required.
Experience and understanding of agile methodologies and the SCRUM framework are a plus.
Experience with tools like Jira and confluence is a plus.
