Customer Service Coordinator for Oil & Gas Segment – CTS Division – Indonesia
1. Handling Service Contracts
- Preparing service contract intervention schedules
- Contacting the customer if the schedule still in line with customer operation
- Ordering the required part one month before intervention
- Opening and closing service plan job
- Scheduling service plan job
2. Job Planning and Distribution
3. Customer communication care handling
4. To implement ISO Integration (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
5. D3/S1 from any discipline/preferable technical
6. Preferable has experience, fresh graduates are welcome, good communication with Mandarin will be advantage

Applications Engineer – Energy Storage Systems, Generators and Light Towers – USA
In this role you will be responsible to support PTNA Product Marketing Manager and VP/BLM – Power and Light in developing the business for Energy Storage Systems, Generators and Light towers for the North America territory, including the United States and Canada for the Power and Light Division.
You will work in the areas of product support, marketing operations, and marketing logistics to support sales to these customers.
You will report to the Product Marketing Manager – Power and Light in our US Customer Center. You will collaborate with customer center support staff in logistics, training, material handling, marketing and communications, etc.
This is considered an entry-level position
Relevant internship or work experience is a plus.
The successful candidate should have electrical engineering degree or similar through a combination of education and experience.
